GENERAL
◦ When you commission me for any type of work, you are commissioning me for my style. Please ensure you like my style of work before commissioning me.
◦ I will not draw mecha, human, or any hard fetish work.
◦ I will not work in other styles, copy a ref sheet style, nor change my style in anyway for a commission. What I deem a part of my "style" will not change your character beyond recognition.
◦ Disliking the end result of the final product will not entitle you to a refund in any scenario. I show works in progress to ensure that the final product will not be a surprise to you.
◦ In the case that you are dissatisfied with the end result, no refunds will be made. Technical errors can be fixed for free, but further changes past approval will come at a fee.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
◦ Payments are received via VGEN or stripe. You email is required, however no other information will be shown to me. Please use my form on VGEN to order.
◦ Full payment is required in full before work begins or final product of any kind is given.
◦ If an invoice is not paid within 48 hours of it being sent and you do not respond to messaging, the commission will be considered cancelled.
◦ Refunds may only be requested if work has not yet begun on commission, sorry.
◦ You may cancel a commission at any point in time, but cancelling does not entitle you to a full refund. If you choose to cancel before product is finished, what work is done will be given and continuation will
cease on the project.
◦ I hold the right to cancel a commission myself at any point in time, for any reason. In these cases, I will refund what money has been sent.TURNAROUND
◦ Usually 1 - 8 weeks unless a longterm/large project. Feel free to ask for updates at any time.
◦ Please still understand that I do not work every day, nor do I have a set schedule. While I tend to work fast, I still need your patience and cooperation. I am working from the JST timezone, which may impact response times to overseas customers.
◦ For this reason, I don’t take completion deadline requests. If you want your art piece by a certain event, please plan in advance. Hard deadlines will come at extra cost depending on time allotted to me.EDITS & COMMISSION PROCESS
◦ Once commission has begun, hard changes to character design will come at a fee. Small changes will be added at no cost, and all changes at sketch phase will be added at no cost.
◦ I will not go back and forth on design elements. If you request I fix something and I do, I will not go back on it if you change your mind again.
◦ I will not allow hard edits to be made after commission approval. If you decide to change commission type after completion (ex - shaded sketch to rendered lined), you will be on the hook for the entire cost of new commission.OWNERSHIP
◦ Under no circumstances can art that I create be used and sold as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). None of my work, personal nor paid, is allowed to be used for NFTs.
◦ Nothing I make is ever to be used in AI learning / AI "art". You do not have permission to feed photos of my art to AI.
I take this rule very seriously and I will pursue defensive action if you feed my work to AI. I own the likeness of my own art as well as the copy rights. I made it, not AI.
◦ I own the right to display all works I have created, including paid works, in personal portfolios and galleries. I also have the right to post any work I create on my social media. If you do not want work posted, please let me know prior to completion so I can work with you.
◦ I do not own nor claim to own the designs of characters I work with. I am not responsible for the actions of people using my art as their identifier. Unfortunately, I am unable to know of the actions of all commissioners, past and present.
◦ I maintain the right to all drawings I create. None of the art I make is allowed to be used commercially without prior agreement. All commissions are personal use only.
◦ If you want to use the art I make for commercial use (an album cover, book cover, etc) it must be discussed before payment is agreed upon, as there are fees for this.
◦ I stated this earlier but I am saying it again; My art is not allowed to be used as NFTs nor in AI learning. I will restrict your access to the art if you disobey this.
◦ I may edit the colours of your OC some for aesthetic and lighting purposes. I do not usually colour pick from ref sheets. Colours may vary slightly.
◦ NSFW art will not be posted publicly, and will only be posted on patreon.
◦ I will not draw underage/cub, noncon, hard fetish, animal genitalia, or feral NSFW. I will only draw human or fantasy/made-up/alien genitalia on anthro characters.
